Boonville Surcharge for excessive BOD and TSS ordinance (§ 21-176)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 3. Sewer
Any business establishment, industry or other user discharging an unusual amount of water or fluid into the city's combined waterworks and sewerage system which places an unusual burden upon said system or its sewage treatment works or facilities, shall be charged a surcharge of $0.028 per pound excess BOD and $0.028 per pound excess TSS.
