Boonville Fire hydrants ordinance (§ 21-17)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 1. Generally
If any employee of the city, or any other person turns on water at fire hydrants for any purpose, such person shall promptly notify the superintendent or director of public works of such action.
