Boonville Employees ordinance (§ 2-173)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Board of Public Works

(a) The board of public works shall appoint a superintendent of public works, and such subordinates, including engineers, inspectors, clerks, assistants and other persons, as may be necessary, but the number of such additional appointees and the compensation of all such employees and appointees shall be as provided by ordinance.

(b) In addition to the duties prescribed by ordinance, the board may prescribe additional duties for its employees.
