Boonville City payment of certain obligations ordinance (§ 2-172)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Board of Public Works

The city council shall allow and pay monthly out of the water fund the salaries of the board of public works and its regular employees, together with all claims against and obligations of the city, legally incurred by the board, provided the same are approved in writing by the chairman of the board or a majority of its members.
