Boonville Suspension and removal of members ordinance (§ 2-164)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Board of Public Works

For willful misconduct or neglect of his duty any member of the board of public works may be suspended and removed or dismissed from his office in the same manner provided for suspension and removal of appointed officers.
