Boonville Vacating office ordinance (§ 2-163)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Board of Public Works

Any member of the board of public works who accepts a nomination or appointment for any other office of the city during his official term shall be deemed thereby to have resigned as a member of the board, and his membership shall thereby be ipso facto vacated.
