Boonville Meetings ordinance (§ 17-58)

Chapter 17: Planning and Redevelopment · Article IV. Historic Districts

Meetings shall be held monthly at regularly scheduled times and at any time upon the call of the chair. A quorum shall consist of at least four members. All meetings of the BHPAC shall be open to the public. The BHPAC shall keep minutes of its meetings and proceedings, showing the vote, and they shall be filed within one week in the office of the city clerk. Upon approval of said minutes by the BHPAC, the minutes shall become a public record.
