New Franklin No Parking ordinance (Schedule II)

As authorized by and in accordance with this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.

Location

Boggs, east side, thirty-five (35) feet from West Broadway

Chancellor Street, east side: Thirty-five (35) feet from West Broadway Within ten (10) feet on either side of the entrance to the alley between Chancellor Street and North Union Street

Grace 'N Glory Christian Academy: No parking of any type of vehicle within fifteen (15) feet of either side of Academy entrance at 205 North Howard Street within corporate limits of City

Merchant Street: On the north side unless loading or unloading (loading zone) On the south side

Missouri Highway 5: Along Highway 5 from south City limits to north City limits Either side, from Boggs to Stagecoach Road

North Howard, east side, sixty-five (65) feet from East Broadway

North Union, east side, forty (40) feet from West Broadway

South Howard from East Broadway to Merchant Street

South Union, east and west side between Broadway and Mokane

Sulphur Street, on the north or south side between Union and Highway 5
