AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 700, SECTION .040, PARAGRAPH A.1., RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
From and after the first day of the first month following the passing of this ordinance the monthly rates required and which shall be charged and collected by the City of New Franklin, Missouri, for water and service shall be as follows:
Section I. For the first one thousand (1,000) gallons or fraction thereof, a minimum charge of twenty-one dollars and 50 cents ($21.50).
Section II. For every one thousand (1000) gallons or fraction thereof, after the first one thousand (1000) gallons a minimum charge of sixteen dollars($16.00).
