AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING FUNDING FOR THE CITY PARK COMMITTEE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Code is hereby amended by amending section 135.010(E)(3)

Section. 135.010(E)(3):

The City Park Committee shall be authorized to solicit donations and grant funds and to accept them for all Park funds. Such funds for the Park Committee shall be kept in a separate, independent bank account for that purpose.
