WHEREAS, the City of New Franklin requires an Ordinance revoking ordinance 340.115 Section A Paragraph #4.

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, the City of New Franklin Ordinance 340.115 Section A Paragraph #4 is hereby revoked.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Alderman.
