AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 770.030 OR THE WATER REGULATIONS TERMS
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has presented to the Board of Alderman of the City of New Franklin an Ordinance amending section 770.030 of the water regulations terms.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Meter deposit for homeowners shall be one hundred fifty dollars.
Meter deposit for renters shall be one hundred fifty dollars.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Alderman.
READ TWO TIMES AND PASSED THIS 8th day of May, 2017
