Bill # 11-14-2016-1 Ordinance #_789_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 665-020, SECTION D, PARAGRAPH 1 (B), (WATER) RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN FOR EVERY 1000 GALLONS OR FRACTION THEREOF AFTER THE FIRST 1000 GALLONS A CHARGE OF $7.49.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Franklin, Missouri as follows: From and after the first day of the first month following the passing of this ordinance the monthly rates required and which shall be charged and collected by the City of New Franklin, Missouri, for water service shall be as follows:
(b) For every 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof, after the first 1,000 gallons, the charge will be $7.49.
Read two times and passed this 14th day of November, 2016, and if ready by title only, a copy of this Ordinance has been made available for public inspection prior to its first reading. Mayor Septaton
