AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 235

CHAPTER 235 SOLID WASTE

BE IT ORDAINED By the Board of Alderman of the City of New Franklin, Missouri.

Chapter 235 Section 235.010 is hereby amended as follows:

Non-resident citizens are not allowed to deposit trash for pickup in the City of New Franklin.

New Franklin citizens are not allowed to put out trash for non-residents.

PASSED THIS 14* day of December 2015.
