AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 600.030

CHAPTER 600.030 (E) (1)

BE IT ORDAINED By the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Franklin, Missouri.

Chapter 600.030 (E) (1) is hereby amended as follows:

Up to six (6) City Licenses for the sales of intoxicating liquor by the drink or package sales may be issued with the consent of the Board of Alderman.
