New Franklin Ordinance 780: Sewer rates

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Franklin, Missouri, as follows:

Section 1.

From and after the first day of the month following the delivery of $2,000,000, principal amount of Combination Water & Sewer System revenue bonds of the City of New Franklin, Missouri, dated November 2, in the year 2010, the initial monthly rates required and which shall be charged and collected by the City of New Franklin, Missouri, for sewerage service furnished by the sewer system of said City shall be as follows:

The charge for sewerage service shall be based upon the total water usage of the individual customer according to the following rates:

FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS First 1,000 gallons/month water usage $23.25 Minimum.

Every 1,000 gallons/month water usage or fraction thereof after the first 1,000 gallons, $4.75/1,000 gallons.

FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS First 1,000 gallons/month water usage $23.25 minimum.

Every 1,000 gallons/month water usage or fraction thereof after the first 1,000 gallons, $4.75/1,000 gallon.

NON RESIDENTIAL AND NON COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS First 1,000 gallons/month water usage $23.25 minimum.

Every 1,000 gallons/month water usage or fraction thereof after the first 1,000 gallons, $4.75/1,000 gallon.
