New Franklin Ordinance 775: Budget for the year from July 1, 2014

BILL NO. 06.16.14.2 ORDINANCE _775 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2014 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS PURSUANT THERETO

WHEREAS, the City Clerk has presented to the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Franklin an Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW FRANKLIN, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section I.

The Annual Budget for the City of New Franklin, Missouri, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, having been heretofore submitted by the City Clerk is hereby adopted. Section Il.

Funds are hereby appropriated for the objects and purposes of expenditures set forth in said Budget.

Section III.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Aldermen.
