New Franklin Charges Constitute Lien ordinance (§ 705.350)
Chapter 705: Sewers and Sewage Disposal · Article V. Sewer Use Charges
Charges prescribed by this Article shall constitute a lien on the property served by the sewer connection and if not paid within ninety (90) days may be collected in the same manner as general town taxes.
