Chapter 705: Sewers and Sewage Disposal · Article V. Sewer Use Charges
In this Article, the term "system" means the particular sewage disposal system including sewers, the sewage disposal plant and other incidentals, together with all appurtenances and extensions thereto utilized by the town.
