New Franklin General Penalty for Violation of Article ordinance (§ 705.280)
Chapter 705: Sewers and Sewage Disposal · Article IV. Sewage Disposal and Sewer Use Standards
Any person violating any provision of this Article, for which no specific penalty is provided, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day of violation and the costs of prosecution.
