New Franklin Maintenance of Pretreatment Facilities ordinance (§ 705.210)

Chapter 705: Sewers and Sewage Disposal · Article IV. Sewage Disposal and Sewer Use Standards

Where pretreatment facilities are provided for any wastes or waters, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner at his/her expense. Any person required to utilize pretreatment facilities shall, upon the request of the Board, submit records of samplings taken from waste discharges.
