New Franklin Sewer Connection Permit ordinance (§ 705.020)
Chapter 705: Sewers and Sewage Disposal · Article I. In General
No person shall make or cause to be made any connection to any sewer constructed or maintained by the City without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Board of Aldermen; nor shall any person make or cause to be made any such connection in any manner or at any time or place except as specified in such permit.
