New Franklin Compliance ordinance (§ 610.110)

Chapter 610: Junk Yards, Junk Dealers and Itinerant Junk Dealers

Any person acting as a junk dealer or itinerant junk dealer within the City on the effective date of this Chapter shall have a period of ninety (90) days after such effective date to comply with provisions of this Chapter.
