Chapter 515: Minimum Housing Standards
A. Every dwelling unit shall contain safe heating facilities in proper operating condition.
B. Adequate heating to each room appropriate for the climate must be assured. Room heaters which burn wood, gas, oil or kerosene must be properly vented.
