New Franklin Food Preparation ordinance (§ 515.040)

Each kitchen shall have a kitchen sink in proper operating condition with hot and cold running water. Water and drainage to be connected to an approved public or private system and each dwelling shall contain an "adequate" space for storage and preparation and serving of food.
