Chapter 415: Floodplain Management · Article I. Statutory Authorization, Findings of Fact and Purposes
The legislature of the State of Missouri has in Section 79.110, RSMo., delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety and general welfare. Therefore, the Board of Aldermen of New Franklin, Missouri, ordains as follows.
