New Franklin Hearing Before Board of Aldermen ordinance (§ 405.310)

Chapter 405: Zoning Code · Article VI. Zoning Changes and Amendments

Before acting upon any application for amendment, the Board of Aldermen shall set a time and place for a hearing thereon and at least fifteen (15) days' notice of the time and place of such hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of New Franklin.
