New Franklin Penalty for Violations ordinance (§ 370.135)
Chapter 370: Vehicle Equipment · Article I. Light Regulations
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article shall upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of an infraction. The terms "person" as used in this Article shall mean and include any individual, association, joint stock company, copartnership or corporation.
