New Franklin Commercial Dumping at City Park Prohibited ordinance (§ 230.020)
Chapter 230: Parks and Recreation · Article II. Park Provisions
A. All commercial tree trimmers and landscapers are prohibited from dumping trees, limbs, yard waste materials and other wood products at the City park in the City of New Franklin.
B. Any person in violation of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and will be fined and charged according to that ordinance.
