New Franklin Property Damage ordinance (§ 210.300)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article VII. Offenses Concerning Property
A person commits the offense of property damage if:
1. He/she knowingly damages property of another; or
2. He/she damages property for the purpose of defrauding an insurer.
