New Franklin Exemptions to Section 210.230 ordinance (§ 210.235)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article V. Offenses Concerning Public Peace
Section 210.230 shall not be construed to suppress the right to lawful assembly, picketing, public speaking or other lawful means of expressing public opinion not in contravention or other laws.
