New Franklin Reports ordinance (§ 205.140)

It shall be the duty of the City Collector to report to the Board, at the first (1st) regular meeting thereof each month, the number of dogs or cats registered during the preceding month and the amount of dog or cat taxes collected. The taxes collected shall be paid to the City Treasurer and a receipt for same filed with the City Administrator. The Animal Control Officer shall report to the Board, at the first (1st) regular meeting thereof in each month, the number of dogs or cats impounded by him/her, the amount collected as penalties and impounding fees and the name of the owners of every dog impounded or slain.
