New Franklin Dog or Cat at Large ordinance (§ 205.100)
Chapter 205: Animal Control · Article II. Dogs and Cats
In short: Dogs and cats may not run loose on streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public places; off your property they must be on a leash.
No owner or possessor of any dog or cat shall permit the dog or cat to run at large on any public street, alley, sidewalk or any public way or public place in the City of New Franklin unless said dog or cat is on a leash and under the control of the owner or possessor.
