New Franklin Probation for First Year ordinance (§ 200.130)
Chapter 200: Police Department · Article III. Reserve Police Force
During the first (1st) year of their appointment, the members of the reserve Police force shall be on probation and shall be subject to dismissal by a majority vote of the Board of Aldermen.
