New Franklin Probation of Officers ordinance (§ 200.060)

Chapter 200: Police Department · Article I. In General

During the first (1st) year of their appointment, the members of the Police Department shall be on probation and shall be subject to dismissal by a majority vote of the Board of Aldermen.
