New Franklin Qualifications ordinance (§ 200.030)
Chapter 200: Police Department · Article I. In General
Members of the Police Department shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Board of Aldermen, said members so appointed must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, of good moral character and in good physical condition and hold a valid Peace Officer license in accordance with Chapter 590, RSMo.
