Chapter 125: Municipal Court
The Board of Aldermen shall provide at the expense of the City a suitable room for the Municipal Judge to hold Court, and such Court shall be open every day except Sunday for immediate trial, unless continued for good cause, of offenses against the ordinances of the City, upon such schedule as designated by the Municipal Judge.
