New Franklin City Services Director: Appointment ordinance (§ 115.120)

Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Services Director

The City Services Director shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the members elected to the Board of Aldermen. Said City Services Director shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and shall be chosen for his/her competence and experience. He/she shall devote his/her full time to the performance of the duties of the position.
