1. Santa Fe Trail Days- would like to ask for approval to host the festival in September and to shut
downtown off to thru traffic from Friday, September 18th at 5PM-Sunday, September 20th at 10AM
2. Santa Fe Trail Days - Country Club from Fayette would like to host the beer garden Friday
September 19th & Saturday, September 20th. They hosted last year as well.
3. Property on N Missouri – nuisance & letter
4. Animal Pound update

for the purpose of discussing individual personnel promotions, performance, or compensation."
