Council reviewed each RFP that was sent in. After reviewing,
Mayor Pro-tem asked for a motion for council to score the RFPs
Alderwoman Leach made a motion to choose Mid MO Planning after the scoring was complete.
Mid MO Planning Commission:
5 – specialized experience/competence related to CDBG
5 – past record of performance
5 – capability to carry out all grant related activities
5 – Cost Comparison
5 – References
5 – Met requirements for submittal
