BOARD OF ALDERMEN CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
October 16, 2024
132 E Broadway, New Franklin Missour
Present were as follows:
Mayor Daniel Yount
Alderman Ward I Rick Newell
Alderwoman Ward I Rachel Hammers
Alderman Ward II Seth Hallowell
Alderman Ward Il
Alderman Ward III Anthony Martin
Alderwoman Ward III Charli Leach
City Clerk Melissa Crowley
City Attorney Todd Smith
Mayor Yount called for roll call. There were 5 present and a quorum was established.
Mayor Yount asked the board to approve a bonus to the city employees for their excellent work
on collecting the information needed for the Lead & Copper line survey. Alderman Martin made
a motion to approve $100.00 to each of the city employees and seconded by Alderman
Hallowell. Motion carried with all 5 ayes.
City Attorney Todd Smith gave an update on the derelict buildings that he is working on.
Mayor Yount called for a motion to adjourn. Alderman Newell made a motion to adjourn and
return to open session and seconded by Alderman Martin. Motion carried with all 5 ayes.
