Kingdom City Revocation of License: Procedure ordinance (§ 605.100)

Chapter 605: Business Regulations · Article I. General Provisions

In short: Before the Board of Trustees can revoke a license, it must mail the licensee written notice by registered mail at least 10 days before a hearing. The licensee may attend, bring an attorney and present evidence, and may keep operating until the hearing; revocation takes a majority vote of the Board.

Our plain-English summary, not the official text or legal advice. The ordinance below is what counts.
