Chapter 515: Design Standards and Specifications
The Village Engineer, or such person or firm designated by the Village Board, shall be responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the Design Standards and Specifications. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to grant waivers or modifications in specific cases upon recommendation of the Village Engineer and a showing of good cause.
