Kingdom City Driveway Culvert Construction Standards ordinance (§ 510.080)

A. Every driveway in the Village which has a culvert or shall have a culvert, required under this Article, which shall be made of sixteen-guage corrugated metal or the equivalent strength high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and shall be installed at the same grade as the drainageway slope and shall conform to the following specifications:

1. For drives no wider than twenty (20) feet, the drainage culvert thereunder shall be at least fifteen (15) inches in diameter.

2. For drives more than twenty (20) feet wide but less than one hundred (100) feet wide, the culvert shall be at least eighteen (18) inches in diameter.

3. All culverts shall be covered with no less than twelve (12) inches of fill material or soil.
