Kingdom City Standards for Future Streets ordinance (§ 510.030)

A. All infrastructure constructed after the enactment of this Section (8-6-2025) shall be constructed according to the Village of Kingdom City Design Standards, which are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as Appendix A. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to amend the design standards from time to time as may be required.

B. The naming of any new street shall be the privilege of the owner of the street before said street becomes a Village street, subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
