Kingdom City Adoption of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code ordinance (§ 500.040)

A. Adoption. The 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the Property Maintenance Code of the Village of Kingdom City, Missouri, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes contained within this Chapter.

B. Amendments. The following additions, insertions, deletions, and changes are made to the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, otherwise referred to herein as the Property Maintenance Code of the Village of Kingdom City: Section 101.1 Insert: Kingdom City, Missouri.

Section 103.5 Insert: Fees to be set by the Board of Trustees by resolution. Section 112.4 Delete the entire Section and insert "Any person violating any provision of this Code shall be guilty of an ordinance violation punishable as provided in Section 100.220 of the Village Code." Section 302.4 Insert: Twelve (12) inches. Section 304.14 Insert: March 30th to October 1st. Section 602.3 Insert: November 1st to February 28th. Section 602.4 Insert: November 1st to February 28th.
