Kingdom City Driving While Intoxicated ordinance (§ 342.020)
Chapter 342: Alcohol-Related Traffic Offenses
A person commits the offense of "driving while intoxicated" if he or she operates a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated or drugged condition including under the influence of any amount of marijuana.
