Kingdom City Governmental Agency Cooperation ordinance (§ 235.120)
Chapter 235: Smoking in Public Places
The Village Manager or an authorized designee may request other governmental and educational agencies having facilities within the Village to establish local operating procedures in cooperation and compliance with this Chapter. This includes urging all Federal, State, City, County and school district agencies to update their existing smoking control regulations to be consistent with this Chapter.
