Kingdom City Prohibition of Smoking in Outdoor Public Places ordinance (§ 235.050)

A. Smoking shall be prohibited in the following outdoor public places:

1. Within a reasonable distance of twenty (20) feet outside entrances, operable windows, and ventilation systems of enclosed areas where smoking is prohibited, so as to prevent smoke from entering those areas.

2. In, and within twenty (20) feet of, bleachers and grandstands for use by spectators at sporting and other public events.

3. In, and within twenty (20) feet of, all outdoor playgrounds.

4. In and within all Village parks except within any vehicle parked in the parks' parking lot.
