Kingdom City Escape or Attempted Escape from Custody ordinance (§ 210.400)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article III. Offenses Concerning Administration Of Justice
A person commits the offense of escape from custody or attempted escape from custody if, while being held in custody after arrest for any offense or violation of probation or parole, he/she escapes or attempts to escape from custody. (RSMo. § 575.200, 2014 effective 1-1-2017)
